Labs for Sale
Labs for Sale and Laboratory Acquisition Opportunities
pForm manages laboratory acquisition opportunities for buyers looking to acquire complete lab asset packages, turnkey equipment sets, or individual high-value instruments.
Many opportunities are handled confidentially and may not display full seller identity, location, revenue, lease, accreditation, or equipment details until buyer qualification and NDA review are complete.

Process
Buyer Qualification and NDA Process
Confidential opportunities follow a consistent process designed to protect sellers while giving qualified buyers a clear path to diligence:
- 01
Inquiry
Tell us what you're looking for — lab type, equipment categories, budget range, and location preferences.
- 02
Qualification
We confirm fit and buyer intent before sharing any identifying details about a confidential opportunity.
- 03
NDA
A non-disclosure agreement is signed before identifying details, full asset schedules, or facility access are shared.
- 04
Buyer package
We share the de-identified or full asset schedule, photos, major-equipment highlights, and relevant background, as authorized by the seller.
- 05
Seller approval
The seller reviews and approves which buyers proceed to deeper diligence or a facility walkthrough.
- 06
Diligence
Buyers conduct their own due diligence — equipment inspection, condition review, and verification of any seller-reported information.
- 07
Offer process
Offers are reviewed with the seller; terms, timeline, and removal or transition logistics are negotiated directly.
Important boundaries
Equipment-Only vs. Turnkey Lab Opportunity
pForm primarily handles laboratory assets and equipment — valuation, buyer marketing, sale coordination, and recovery strategy. We are not a real estate broker, business broker, attorney, regulatory consultant, or clinical lab compliance advisor.
Business sale, lease transfer, real estate, regulatory matters, licensing, accreditation (CLIA/COLA/CAP and similar), payer enrollment, and ownership transfer are separate matters and are subject to qualified professionals, seller disclosure, buyer due diligence, and third-party approval. None of these are guaranteed to transfer as part of an equipment or asset transaction.

FAQ
Labs for sale — frequently asked questions
Are these active lab listings?+
The example categories on this page are illustrations of the types of opportunities we typically handle — not active listings. Public lab listings are limited at any given time; many opportunities are confidential and only shared with qualified buyers after an NDA. Contact us to ask what's currently available.
Why are some lab sales confidential?+
Sellers — labs still in operation, companies in a sensitive transition, or facilities under a confidentiality obligation — often don't want their identity, location, revenue, lease terms, or full equipment list public before a qualified buyer is found. We protect that by gating identifying details behind buyer qualification and an NDA.
Can I buy an entire lab as a package?+
In some cases, yes. Whether a whole-lab package sale is available depends on the specific opportunity and what the seller has authorized us to offer. We can also help structure a purchase of individual high-value instruments or equipment categories if a full package isn't the right fit.
Can lease rights or licenses transfer?+
Lease assignment or sublease, business sale, ownership transfer, real estate, accreditation and licensing (CLIA/COLA/CAP and similar), payer enrollment, and permits are separate matters handled by the appropriate parties and qualified professionals — not by pForm. Transferability is never guaranteed and is subject to landlord, regulatory, and third-party approval. Any such information shared during a process is seller-reported and subject to independent buyer due diligence.
Can pForm help inspect equipment before purchase?+
Yes, where access has been arranged with the seller, we can support equipment inspection and documentation review as part of buyer due diligence. This is an asset documentation review — not a regulatory compliance certification, environmental clearance, biosafety certification, or engineering inspection.
Do buyers need to sign an NDA?+
For confidential opportunities, yes — an NDA is typically required before we share identifying details, full asset schedules, or arrange a facility walkthrough. This protects the seller and is standard for this type of transaction.
Can I join a buyer list for future lab opportunities?+
Yes. Join our buyer list below and tell us what you're looking for — lab type, equipment categories, budget range, and location preferences. We'll reach out when a matching opportunity becomes available.
