Why pForm Exists
Built from the inside of the secondary market.
pForm Asset Solutions grew directly out of the experience of building mLab Supply — a specialized platform focused on the secondary market for laboratory instrumentation and scientific equipment.
While operating mLab Supply, a consistent pattern emerged: laboratories and research organizations had real, pressing needs around equipment transitions — but no structured operational partner to help them execute. Facility closures stalled. Equipment sat in hallways. Site consolidations created logistical backlogs that delayed critical projects.
The gap wasn't in finding buyers. It was in the operational infrastructure needed to move equipment through its lifecycle responsibly — assessment, removal, documentation, recovery, and redeployment into productive environments.
pForm was created to fill that gap. Where mLab Supply connects the supply and demand of scientific equipment, pForm provides the structured process that makes those transitions possible in the first place.
