pForm manages auctions for surplus laboratory, biotech, pharmaceutical, scientific, and selected industrial equipment. Consignors bring assets into a scheduled event, and qualified buyers bid through the listed auction platform while pForm coordinates cataloging, buyer marketing, and removal logistics.
For sellers and consignors: auction suits in-demand instruments where competitive bidding can lift recovery, and closures with enough lead time for buyers to participate. Send us an asset list and we'll recommend whether an auction, a direct sale, or a broader laboratory liquidation program is the right fit.

- Send pForm an asset list with manufacturer, model, serial number where available, condition, and location. pForm reviews the list, recommends whether an auction, direct sale, or broader asset-recovery program is the best fit, and — for the auction path — schedules the equipment into an upcoming event and coordinates removal. There is no obligation to proceed after the review.

- Auctions tend to suit in-demand instruments where competitive bidding can lift recovery, and situations with enough lead time for buyers to participate. Direct sale or bulk purchase is usually faster and more predictable for time-sensitive closures or lower-demand assets. Many programs combine both — high-demand instruments to auction, the rest to direct sale — which is why pForm scopes the channel per asset rather than defaulting to one.
